I bought Rick’s Wrap Pack a number of years ago and have been in the fortunate position to have used it and benefited the lives of not only myself, but the people we vendor financed into homes. Homes they now call their own, their choice to repaint and refurbish.

No more dead rent money!

Rick is a friend of mine and I do still contact him for certain suggestions etc about transactions we are doing. He is an average guy and understands the problems with real estate investing. He laid out his business in the Wrap Pack a number of years ago and if you can read and know what a house looks like you can do 100% of the strategies.

When we bought the Pack, we got all the techniques, contracts for our state, solicitors details, excel software, a calculator and some audio files. We had access to Rick via his ‘anywhere in the world’ mobile phone.

He helped us discuss different ideas with vendors so we could get the house with little cash invested. Then he helped us get things done to get moving forward into our business.

When we speak to potential buyers we used to use the script Rick had in the pack, but now we just go with the flow of things as we feel comfortable using our own terminology and explanations. We still use his excel spreadsheet showing how much is left for a buyer to repay, solicitors like this as its common sense and easy to read.

I even had signs made up to copy the ones listed in the wrap pack.

We have presented opportunities to Private Investors and to do so just copied Rick’s pages and scripts and went for it. They made sense and as Rick said to me on the phone. Investors only want to know you are breathing and that their money is secured when you are willing to pay 10%+ per month to use their money.

The Wrap Pack is not full of half finished information, its full of great ideas to get you on the road to being a positive cashflow investor. Its about leveraging your time against making money and being successful at the same time. Rick always mentions the quality of life rather than a quantity of work.

Small business people would know that if you find someone that does well, copy what the people are doing and do it yourself. That is exactly what we did and have not looked back.

Joe Hocking the minister for parliament even had a meeting with Rick to see if what he does could benefit the government.

You may also find that you have new choices to spend doing things you like after only a few years into ‘Wrapping’. Both Rick and his wife Jane have always been honest, caring and forthcoming on their business and strategies for success. Rick even mentioned ideas to help working with your partner and living with them too!
